13. Prioritization Framework

High priority

Eligibility or suspension issues, incorrect address or phone, broken primary website or booking link, critical form failure, duplicate-profile conflict, or accidental blocking of important pages.

Medium priority

Category mismatch, outdated hours, weak service-page clarity, internal-link gaps, review-management gaps, or significant inconsistent business information.

Lower priority

Cosmetic issues without customer impact, low-value directory submissions, or content additions without a demonstrated need.

Priorities depend on the business model. A broken booking system can be more urgent than a small title-tag improvement.

“Website broken” is too vague. Record the exact URL, observed failure, correct destination, owner, and retest result. Do not mark a task complete merely because a change was saved.

15. Common Audit False Positives

Validate the evidence and customer impact before assigning priority.
